If my payment won't go through, what should I do?
If your payment doesn’t go through, we recommend contacting your bank. Substantial payments are often declined by banks in the interest of security. Please notify the bank that this is a legitimate payment on your part and then attempt the payment again.
There may also be an issue with the limit on your card, which might need to be rectified.
