I want to receive an alternative solution. How can I do this?

If the solution proposed by a Holider does not meet your needs or you would prefer something different on your trip, simply use our app to add information or modify your travel request.

  • Log in to your profile
  • Click on “My notifications”
  • Select the proposal you wish to modify
  • Go to “Details”
  • View the Holider’s proposal
  • Select “Request new solution”
  • Indicate the reasons why you wish to receive a new proposal
  • Click “Send”
