If I have not received my refund, what should I do?
Our partner will issue your refund through the system and thereafter, you will be sent a confirmation email from our partner.
Your refund will reflect on the card you used to make the booking for your trip. This can take over 48 hours. If, after several days, the refund does not reflect in your account, please contact our Customer Care Team.
